Site Based Team

Site based planning and shared decision making is a process designed to involve parents, teachers, and administrators in making shared decisions.  Its purpose is to improve schools in a framework of trust and collaboration among staff, parents, students, Board of Education, and the community.

The main goal is to improve student achievement and student success within the overall educational experience.  A secondary goal is to strengthen community support by fostering greater public involvement in the schools.
