An F-M school lunch consists of:  Entree - 1 portion; Side Dishes - 2 portions; Milk - 1 portion;  Bread - 1 portion; Dessert - 1 portion. 
The calories and percentage of calories derived from fat listed daily in the menu below is based on these portions.

Items available daily include: pizza, hummus and pita, meat or non-meat julienne salad, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Lunch specials: Wednesday is taco day; Thursday is deli day; Friday is salad plate day.

Elementary and middle school soup and sandwich specials: Monday is tomato soup and tuna; Tuesday is chicken noodle and ham and cheese; Wednesday is minestrone and turkey; Thursday is chicken rice, chicken vegetable and deli; Friday is vegetarian vegetable and egg salad.
