Borg-Jeffery Team Week of October 12, 2009 Language Arts: Students are completing their second letter in Reader's Workshop; the rubric for the letter is in the student's notebook (in their own handwriting). We are reading independently and conferencing during class time. There is no spelling assignment due to the short week. Math: Social Studies: We are starting a new chapter (2 - Early Civilizations) and have a new packet to supplement the book.
