Welcome to our Character Education Page!  "Making Wise Choices...is the Way to Grow! Our character education program has been developed based on the Project Wisdom program. This project will help students understand core ethical values and foster responsibility and caring behaviors. The centerpiece of the program is Ten Wise Choices. Learning about these choices through literature lessons and related activities, will help children become wiser human beings by encouraging them to think about the choices they make and the consequences of those choices. Each morning starts with a one minute message read over the loud speaker during announcements. These messages introduce children to the ideas of being more responsible, respectful, and caring human beings. MOTT ROAD PLEDGE I will be respectful and I will be fair. I will accept others and show I care. Persistence, responsibility, and working together, Makes our school so much better. Making good choices is the way to grow. Come on Mott Road, let's go!
