SchoolTool is the Fayetteville-Manlius School District’s online student-parent portal. It is a password-protected, secure website that offers parents and students online access to personalized information about a student’s academic program and progress. Our goal is to provide timely and effective information to students and parents to help students in their educational growth.
The portal allows students and parents to log in to Fayetteville-Manlius’ student data system to review:
- Assignment grades (grades 5-12)
- Progress reports
- Report cards
- Contact information
- Student schedules
- Assessments
- Locker combinations
How to log in
Click here to access the SchoolTool Portal. Please note that SchoolTool may only be accessed by those individuals who have a valid email address on file with the district for log in purposes.
It is recommended that students and parents install the SchoolTool app, which is available for iOS and Android users. You must enter the URL upon logging in for the first time. The URL is https://cnyric03.schooltool.com/fm/
Turn on notifications.
Parents
Enter your assigned username and password. You should have received an email notification with this information. If you do not have a username or password, please contact the Student Services Office at studentservices@fmschools.org.
Students
Students use the same username and password used in school.

Type your email for username and select enter. Select reset password.
Cannot login?
Call your child’s school building main office to check your email address. Please contact the Student Services Office at studentservices@fmschools.org for further help.
