With the statewide school closures extended through at least April 29, the Fayetteville-Manlius School District recognizes that it is more important than ever for our students and teachers to feel connected to each other and the community at large.
One way the district is continuing to build community is through its social media channels. The district has Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts and frequently shares news and information on those platforms about student and staff achievements, projects and initiatives.
During this time of uncertainty, the district is focusing on sharing information to help fuel students’ feelings of connectedness to the F-M school community, such as read-alouds from our school resource officers and service projects students are taking of their own initiative to help out our community during this COVID-19 crisis.

The district will continue to update the community via the district website with any new information and frequently asked questions.
Any time-sensitive, critical information will be shared via the district’s SchoolMessenger notification system, which sends email, text message and phone call notifications, depending upon how parents subscribed to the system.
