On Oct. 21, Fayetteville-Manlius School District Superintendent Craig J. Tice sent the following letter to F-M families.
Dear F-M families,
As you may know, Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine may soon be approved for children ages 5-11 years old. To ensure an effective and efficient pediatric vaccination roll-out, the Onondaga County Health Department would like to gather information from parents with children in this age group.
The county has asked us to share with you its survey to assess the likely demand for vaccinations among children ages 5-11, as well as your preference for where and when vaccinations would be available.
The survey is now open and will close on Thursday, Oct. 28: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/k-12vaccinationsurvey
Thank you for your support as we continue to partner with the county to navigate this ongoing pandemic.
Sincerely,
Craig J. Tice, Ph.D.
Superintendent of Schools
