Since its last update on Feb. 5, the Fayetteville-Manlius School District has been notified that two individuals within the school community recently tested positive for COVID-19.
- On Feb. 6, the district was notified that a F-M High School cohort A student who was last in school on Monday, Feb. 1 tested positive for COVID-19. Contact tracing determined that three students and no staff members needed to quarantine.
- On Feb. 8, the district was notified that an Enders Road Elementary School cohort A student who was last in school on Monday, Feb. 1 tested positive for COVID-19. Contact tracing determined that no students or staff members needed to quarantine.
At this time, all F-M schools remain open for in-person instruction.
Due to privacy laws, the district cannot provide any additional information about the individuals who tested positive. The district continues to thoroughly clean and disinfect all buildings on campus and its buses in accordance with guidance from the state Department of Health and the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
