  • Board of Education approves 2025-26 school calendar

The Board of Education approved the calendar during its March 10 meeting, setting school holidays, vacation weeks and days off for students due to staff development days.   • Calendar change: Half-day June 25 and 26 for students in grades UPK-8

    Fayetteville-Manlius School District administrators have finalized the schedule for the last week of classes for the 2024-25 school year. On June 25 and June 26, students in grades UPK-8 will follow a half-day schedule. Students in grades UPK-4 will be dismissed at 11:35 a.m., and grades 5-8 will be dismissed at 10:40 a.m.

  • F-M to pilot new ELA literacy programs for the 2024-25 school year

    The Fayetteville-Manlius School District will begin piloting two literacy programs in some K-6 classrooms this fall in an effort to improve literacy curriculum, instruction, and assessment for all students.  The decision was made following a comprehensive literacy review conducted in partnership with OCM BOCES, and culminated with a presentation to the Board of Education.
