Fayetteville Elementary School Principal Eileen Lux

Thank you for inquiring about the Fayetteville Elementary School. We are happy to share with you information about our school community. It is a K-4 building with 486 students and 89 staff members.

Fayetteville Elementary has a strong commitment to high academic achievement as evidenced by our quality curriculum and instruction.  Ongoing collaboration among staff enriches and supports responsive teaching and our students’ learning success.  We have a very involved Home School Association, and rely on parent volunteers to help support our programs.

The goal of character education at Fayetteville Elementary School is to develop socially responsible citizens as evidenced by caring, respectful, and responsible student behavior.  As a school community we will focus on five school-wide expectations, educate the students about bullying, promote and celebrate positive student behaviors and deliver a strong anti-bullying message through education and ongoing development of a safe and respectful learning environment.  Our Character Education Program is entitled, ‘Fayetteville Elementary is the Place to B.E.E.’ (Better Environment for Everyone).

Our Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) is a program component that provides opportunities for every student to be recognized for making good choices throughout the school day.

As a school community Fayetteville Elementary helps teach children the skills needed to become  respectful, responsible, and caring young citizens. Please take some time to learn more about our school on the website. You are welcome to contact us for additional information about the school and the programs.
