Community Flyer Submission

Flyer Distribution Guidelines

The Fayetteville-Manlius School District cooperates with community groups  and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for district families.

As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and maintain fiscal responsibility, the district posts flyers digitally via Schoology.

Paper flyers from outside organizations are not distributed within the schools.

All flyers must be submitted at least two weeks prior to distribution, if possible. Please note that the district does not proof submitted flyers for typographical errors.

Flyer guidelines

  • The district approves the distribution of flyers that promote an educational experience for families, a healthy use of leisure time and/or a special enrichment activity not duplicated by the F-M School District or an affiliated program.
  • The district does not approve the distribution of materials for projects, activities or programs that would publicize or promote a particular church, religious organization or religious viewpoint.
  • The district does not approve materials for projects, activities or programs that would publicize or promote a particular political party, political organization or political viewpoint.
  • The district does not approve materials for projects, activities or programs that would publicize or promote a for-profit business (except for businesses partnering with an HSA.)
