Students earn National German Exam medals

Nearly 30 Fayetteville-Manlius School District students recently achieved top honors for their performance on the 2021 National German Exam.

Administered each year to more than 20,000 students, the National German Exam, which is organized by the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG), measures a student’s ability to read, write and communicate with cultural competence. Exam results provide teachers with a means of comparing students in all regions of the country, as well as programmatic data that helps inform curricular decisions.
