State association recognizes F-M staff member

New York State Athletic Administrators Association (NYSAAA) recently recognized a Fayetteville-Manlius School District staff member for her contributions to athletics at the local level.

During its annual leadership conference in March, NYSAAA named F-M staff member Kelly Hill the 2019 Judith A. Martens Secretarial Award recipient for Chapter 3. Mrs. Hill works in F-M’s Physical Education and Athletics Office.

Established in memory of Fairport High School’s former physical education and athletics secretary Judith Martens, the award annually recognizes a clerical staff member in each of the association’s 11 chapters who has demonstrated outstanding contributions to athletics at the local level for five or more years.

The 2018-19 school year marks Mrs. Hill’s eighth year working in F-M’s Physical Education and Athletics Office. Prior to then, she worked as a teaching assistant at Enders Road Elementary School.
