Summer paving to close Pride Lane; F-M High School to have limited access

Pride Lane will be closed in July due to road paving, which will also limit access to F-M High School.

Pride Lane will likely be closed to traffic beginning on July 2 with a tentative paving start date of July 6. Completion is expected within about two weeks of the project’s start. Start and end dates are weather dependent.

Please note that there will be no through traffic at the high school during that time as Pride Lane will be paved from the student parking lot on the north side of the high school campus through to Tinderbox Circle and E. Seneca Turnpike. This will include the traffic loops in front of House 1 and 2.

Building Access and Parking

Starting Monday, June 29, and continuing through the end of summer, most of the high school will be closed for the final stages of the ongoing construction project.

Access to indoor facilities will be limited, and specific information regarding building events will be provided by coaches, advisors, administrators and others as needed.

If attending a meeting or event at the high school this summer, please park in one of the following lots and enter the building in the noted entrance:

  • Student Lot: Enter through House I/Main Entrance
  • White House Lot: Enter through Oak Tree Circle/House 2 Entrance
  • District Office Lot: Enter through Science Wing Entrance
