Getting Started with Pickup Patrol
Prior to the start of the school year, parents and guardians will receive an email with PickUp Patrol registration information. Changes can be entered from a mobile device or computer in advance.
Using Pickup Patrol
Pickup Patrol should be used to report:
- Any changes in dismissal plans, including early pick-up
- Plans to stay for a club/activity
- An alternate dismissal plan different than the typical default plan.
In order to streamline the dismissal process and maximize safety, the office will no longer be accepting this information by email, note or phone except in the case of an emergency.
Student dismissal changes must be made prior to 2:45 p.m. on the day of the change.
After 2:45 p.m., if there is an emergency change in plans, please call the office. Please plan accordingly and limit these exceptions to emergencies only.
