U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 rankings place Fayetteville-Manlius High School at No. 1 among public high schools in the Syracuse metro area, according to a recent Syracuse.com report.
The high school also earned the No. 78 spot in New York state. The local rankings cover schools across Madison, Onondaga and Oswego counties.
