HSAs welcome parent participation for school enrichment

The Fayetteville-Manlius School District offers various opportunities for parents/guardians to participate at both the district and building levels.

Each F-M school has its own parent group called a Home and School Association, or HSA. The HSA seeks to support its school community 

Each school’s Home and School Association (HSA) within the district, promotes parent/guardian engagement with the school community in an effort to enhance students’ experiences.

HSAs are non-profit parent organizations that foster the relationships between home and school. With a focus on enriching the school community, HSAs provide programs, events, opportunities, volunteers and resources to their respective schools.

Through the fundraising efforts of its parent/guardian volunteers, the HSAs support the schools by providing author visits, book fairs, extracurricular activities, school dances, staff and appreciation events, playground equipment and more.
